About the Role

Cluster has built a platform for the industrial tech sector allowing us to better qualify and match candidates to employers using a common language of hard & soft skills, values and career objectives. This allows our recruiters to spend more time developing relationships with candidates and matching them to our employer partners. You will focus on the “supply-side” of the marketplace and help our candidates find their ideal job. Cluster is venture-funded by billionaire Mark Cuban and Silicon Valley edtech CEOs. You’ll have an immediate impact growing the business.

Performance Objectives

  • Delight our candidates and develop a deep rapport with hundreds of manufacturing and hardware engineers in California.
  • Source, Screen and Close candidates for the right opportunities.
  • Continually improve your process and represent the candidate interests internally to the marketing, product and the engineering team.
  • Continuously learn about emerging technology startups, roles and be excited to disrupt the staffing industry with superior technology, tools and process.
  • Maintain a flawless level of organization. You’re eager to automate parts of your role to spend more time developing relationships with candidates and promoting the Cluster brand.


  • 3+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience as an internal corporate recruiter or at a staffing agency focused on engineering and manufacturing roles
  • BA/BS degree from a top university
  • Excited to work at a startup and adaptable

Nice to Haves

  • You worked as an internal recruiter at a top Space company in the LA-area.
  • An existing network within the manufacturing, space or automotive vertical
  • Experience in production roles
