Where You Come In

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to develop, manage and build our client base. You’ll play a key role in helping grow our business, working closely with the leadership team to set our sales strategy and identify opportunities to expand our pipeline of potential clients in southern California. You’ll be responsible for outreach, converting inbound requests and leveraging introductions through our partners to close new accounts.

Our ideal candidate loves the idea of building and growing a new business, whether that’s selling into new markets or new products and services. You’re experienced in selling SaaS (Software as a Service), subscription or full-desk recruiting services, and can hit the ground running. Experience selling to manufacturing companies, such as aerospace, defense, medical devices or consumer electronics is a huge plus. You know how to identify, nurture and close clients, and when to ask the ask the team for the support you need to be successful, whether that’s marketing, pricing, or product support. You’re curious about how to make the company grow successfully, and a constant source of feedback from customers.

Quick note: this role is not directly responsible for client success or the talent/recruiting side of the business. You’ll work with an incredible team of talented people who handle those aspects of the business.

This position is more than just a sales role. The team will look to your expertise to inform our products, services and client success. You’ll play an important role as a voice of the customer, helping us identify opportunities to pursue new business and improve the client experience. Not everything listed below is a must. While we’d love to find the left-handed unicorn that checks every box, we care more about finding people who are passionate about helping the company grow.

  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated success in SaaS, sales or recruiting with an emphasis on subscription services
  • A self-starter who can prospect clients, build a pipeline and close new business
  • A track-record of success developing new business and beating targets
  • Experience selling HR software, recruiting services or SaaS products
  • Knowledge of subscription or SaaS contract terms and conditions and negotiating experience
  • Demonstrated ability working with other teams, such as marketing, client success, and product management to deliver an incredible experience to prospective and new clients
  • Innate personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customers, provide strong customer consultative skills and work with other teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build good relationships internally and externally
  • Loves making the perfect connection between job-seekers and employers
  • Is excited to work in a startup environment, with lots of new challenges and opportunities to have a big impact on the company


  • Experience working at or working with aerospace, medical device, consumer electronics, automotive or semiconductors as clients
  • Existing relationships with manufacturers in the Greater Los Angeles area.
