Where You Come In

We are looking for an energetic and driven recruiter who is inspired by our mission, and wants to help grow Cluster by driving all aspects of candidate recruitment and matching. We are looking for someone who is excited to dive in to deeply to understand the needs of our talent and is passionate about helping them find them jobs they will love.

Our ideal candidate has a firm understanding of recruiting for companies that manufacture products in industries such as aerospace, medical devices or consumer electronics. You will be in expert on the needs of employers and use this information to help candidates succeed during their job search. Identifying the key skills, personality traits and interview questions that will make for a great match are core components of this job. Cluster goal is to create a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and employers alike, and we are looking for someone who is excited about helping craft an incredible hiring experience.

This position is more than just a recruitment role. The team will look to your expertise to inform our product, matching and talent experience in many different ways. If you’re looking for a multi-faceted opportunity with lots of room to grow, this will be a great opportunity!


Not everything listed below is a must. While we’d love to find the left-handed unicorn that checks every box, we care more about finding people who are passionate about helping the company grow.

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in agency or corporate setting
  • Also willing to consider people with sales, community management or other relevant experience, such as having worked in or hired for these roles
  • Experience recruiting for or selling to technology/engineering/manufacturing companies
  • Consistent record of solving complex business issues and delivering on deadlines and/or goals
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms to identify and recruit qualified candidates
  • Innate personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customers, provide strong customer consultative skills and work with other teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build good relationships internally and externally
  • Loves making the perfect connection between job-seekers and employers
  • Is excited to work in a startup environment, with lots of new challenges and opportunities to have a big impact on the company


  • Experience working at or working with aerospace, medical device, consumer electronics, automotive or semiconductors as clients
  • Technical experience as an engineer or high-skill production role, e.g., CNC programmer, CAM/CAD Designer, Tool & Die Maker
