About the Role

This is a hands-on role running an R&D partnership between Cluster and a large edtech company where you will own the P&L and have the opportunity to lead a new business unit. You will be successful in this role in the first year by doing the following.

Performance Objectives:

  • Follow the defined product plan and execute the already scoped prototype on-time and on-budget.
  • Build a scalable system to organize and QA content across thousands of institutions.
  • Use your advanced powerpoint and excel skills to present your vision and execution strategy to C-level executives on your data-driven product initiative and timeline.
  • When new information becomes available you’re able to be flexible and adapt the strategy as needed.
  • Hire and manage contractors as needed through platforms like Upwork.
  • Use your advanced Google analytics skills to make data-driven decisions to prioritize product features.
  • Manage the technical implementation (CRM, Google tag manager, etc) and oversee technical integration with C-level partners.
